Amy Bowie
Amy is a singer, songwriter, actress and creative producer with numerous TV, radio, stage and public appearances to her credit.
In 2016, Amy co-wrote a song for a London charity album executive produced by Richard O’Brien and featuring a host of West End composers and talent, including George Stiles and Caroline Quentin.
In 2015, she originated, co-wrote and co-produced a musical web series pilot which was a finalist in the SPADA/South Pacific Pictures ‘Big Pitch’.
Career highlights include performing her own work with the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra and at Coca-Cola Christmas In The Park.
Amy holds an Honours Degree in Theatre and Film Studies and has also studied Jazz and Classical singing.
For Showbiz, Amy has appeared in WestEnd To Broadway II, Fiddler on the Roof, Jesus Christ Superstar, as a soloist in Starry Nights, and as Patti Simcox in Grease. Her last show for Showbiz was Sweeney Todd (2010) in which she played Johanna.
