Jacqueline has always had a passion for performing, developing a particular interest in musical theatre during her high school years that she has since carried on with. In 2017 she performed as Liesl in The Sound of Music (NCMS), Wendla in Spring Awakening (MUSOC), and Kathy in Company (NCMS).

Aside​ ​from​ ​shows, ​Jacqueline​ ​has​ ​been​ ​heavily​ ​involved​ ​with​ ​music, ​including​: studying​ ​voice through​ ​the​ ​SMP​ ​programme, composing​ ​for​ ​the​ ​Sheliah​ ​Winn​ ​Shakespeare​ ​Festival, singing​ ​in​ ​the​ ​New​ ​Zealand​ ​Secondary School's​ ​Choir, ​​and receiving a ​singing​ ​scholarship​ ​with​ ​the Mid-Canterbury​ ​Summer​ ​Singing​ ​School.

Recently, she was one of the 32 performers selected for the Emerging Professionals class of CIMTSS 2018.

During the day, Jacqueline​ works​ ​full​ ​time​ ​as a legal secretary, saving up ​towards​ ​moving overseas​ ​to​ ​study​ ​musical​ ​theatre.

Les Misérables ​is ​Jacqueline's​ fourth​ ​Showbiz​ ​production, following​ ​Hairspray ​An Evening​ ​of​ ​Rodgers​ ​&​ ​Hammerstein​ ​Classics and Broadway Hitmen.
