Jade studied with the Hartley School of Performing Arts throughout primary and high school, and completed a number of Trinity Speech and Drama examinations. At Burnside High School she was part of the national champion choir Bel Canto, and an active member of the performing arts programme.

Jade has performed in a number of shows with the Hartley School of Performing Arts, North Canterbury Musicals, Burnside High School, MUSOC and DramaSoc. We Will Rock You is her first production with Showbiz Christchurch.
