Showbiz Christchurch collects personal information from you in order to maintain the health, safety and well-being of all members of the company, and effectively fulfil Showbiz Christchurch’s role as producer.

Besides the Showbiz Management Team and the production’s Heads of Departments we may share this information where necessary with any medical or emergency staff or any third-parties where deemed necessary in order to maintain health, safety and well-being.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you and for it to be corrected if required. If you’d like to see your information, have it corrected, or would like to discuss any part of this process, please contact us at admin@showbiz.org.nz, or phone (03) 3777 954, or visit Showbiz at 369 St Asaph St, Christchurch.

All records are removed from our website at the end of each production season.

  • Photos and Use of Social Media:

    Showbiz Christchurch creates official show images that will be released through various social media channels, online and in print. These images are necessary to promote the show and are carefully selected to best represent the show and the performers.
  • I agree not to take and release any photos or recordings of show rehearsals, costumes, set, props, stagings or performances other than those for which I have been given permission to take and/or release.
