Roslen Ulaula
Roslen graduated from the National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Art (NASDA) in 2006 with a Bachelor of Performing Arts (Music Theatre).
Since then, she has worked professionally as a singer, featuring as a soloist in the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra concerts Kiwisoul and The Magical Music of Disney.
Roslen has also performed, toured and recorded with various New Zealand bands, namely: Sacha Vee, Departure Lounge, Mark Vanilau, LA Mitchell, Mundi, Oval Office, Ahoribuzz, Mandy Pickering, Judah Band and Cairo Knife Fight.
Her theatre credits include: Guys and Dolls, Cinderella, The Sunshine Boys (The Court Theatre); Marat/Sade, The Guid Sisters, The World Goes Round, The Happy Prince and My Favorite Year (NASDA); Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story, Les Misérables, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (New Plymouth Operatic Society); and A Slice of Saturday Night (New Plymouth Little Theatre). She has also been involved with productions by the mixed-ability theatre company, A Different Light.
Sister Act is Roslen’s debut production with Showbiz Christchurch.
